Formed in 1997 by Jack Carneal, Willy MacLean, Ned Oldham, and Aram Stith, The Anonomoan released six albums on labels including Palace Records, Temporary Residence, Western Vinyl, VPRO and Durtro Jnana. They toured the world extensively up through 2005. Ned Oldham has subsequently pursued a solo career.
